DevOps Engineer

Location: Montevideo, Uruguay

Job Purpose

Headquartered in Connecticut, Combined Ratio is an InsurTech services provider with multiple offices worldwide. We are based in Montevideo since June 2022 and our customers are large international companies leaders in the insurance industry. We are currently looking for an experienced DevOps engineer with expertise in Azure services administration to join our multicultural team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Azure infrastructure management, working with VMs, app services, function apps, message brokers, AppInsights;
• Working with Azure CLI, PowerShell scripts;
• Working with Terraform code improvements to cover the new products features;
• Delivering the functionalities in time;
• Communicating with the high-performance development teams 
• Managing the Azure DevOps pipelines and Linux based build machines
• Managing the AppInsights services and setting the notifications system
• Participating in the strategy planning to discuss infrastructure improvements
• Contributing with the new features and approaches based on the infrastructure and products review

Skills Required

• 2+ years of experience with Azure technology stack
• Experienced in Linux machines management
• Expertise in PowerShell scripts, Azure CLI
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
• Fluent in English (written, oral)
• Ready to work with a multicultural team
• Good soft skills and ability to work in teams
