Job Purpose

Combined Ratio Solutions is an American company with multiple offices worldwide, engaged in the development of products for insurance companies. Our customers are large international companies, leaders in the insurance industry. We are looking for a Middle .Net Developer. You will be responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to the development of software solutions using modern technologies and best practices.
    • Implement features and deliver functionality on time, as planned in the sprint or project schedule.
    • Participate in requirements analysis and solution design under the guidance of senior team members.
    • Work closely with distributed teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
    • Develop and maintain scalable and maintainable code following industry standards.
    • Participate in code reviews and assist in ensuring code quality across the team.
    • Continuously improve development skills and stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.
    • Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure smooth project delivery.
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications as required.
Skills Required:
    • Undergraduate student or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • At least 2-5 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on .NET technologies.
    • Proficient in C# and .NET Core, with hands-on experience in creating RESTful APIs and working with microservices.
    • Experience with front-end development, including Angular (preferably Angular 8+), TypeScript, and RxJS is a plus.
    • Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Azure Cosmos DB.
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, and experience deploying applications in a cloud environment.
    • Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
    • Proficient in using version control tools like Git.
    • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and participating in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
    • Ability to analyze, design, and troubleshoot software systems and applications.
    • English proficiency at B2+ level, with strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
