Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee client engagements and lead delivery efforts for one to three key accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing complex technology projects, particularly around core insurance system implementations, and the ability to engage directly with senior client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
    • Client Engagement & Delivery Leadership
        • Serve as the primary point of contact for client project delivery across assigned accounts.
        • Build and maintain trusted client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
        • Understand client priorities, manage expectations, and drive proactive communication.
    • Project Management
        • Lead end-to-end project delivery for core insurance system implementations, including planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring.
        • Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring scope, timeline, and cost are met or exceeded.
        • Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
        • Facilitate regular status meetings and executive-level reporting.
    • Team Leadership & Collaboration
        • Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams including business analysts, engineers, testers, and solution architects.
        • Foster a collaborative and high-performance delivery culture.
        • Coordinate across internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and issue resolution.
Qualifications & Experience
    • 7+ years of experience in project management roles within IT consulting, software implementation, or system integration environments.
    • Strong track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects for enterprise clients.
    • Preferred experience in implementing core insurance systems (e.g., policy administration systems such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar platforms).
    • Deep understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar). Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
    • Strong organizational, budgeting, and risk management skills.
    • Experience in the P&C insurance industry or enterprise insurance technology solutions is highly desirable.
    • Strong understanding of insurance workflows and processing, including submission, underwriting, rating, quoting, binding, issuance, billing, and claims.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
    • PMP, PMI-ACP, or other project management certifications are a plus.
